*OUTLOOK
The Spartans are far and away the best team, according to the league’s coaches. It’s hard to argue. Strapp threw for more than 1,000 yards and is a dangerous runner. He will benefit from former Orange Coach Mark McMahon, who is the Spartans’ offensive coordinator this year. Tsui gained 1,000 yards rushing and will duplicate that, barring injury. Villa Park has plenty of size and experience. The return of Doug Rommel bolsters the defensive line. Rommel went to Villa Park as a freshman, but his family moved to Victorville, then moved back.
