PPO Alliance has named Kenneth W. Mooney vice president of operations for the Woodland Hills preferred-provider health care organization.

Mooney previously was chief operating officer of Multi-Plus Network Inc., another PPO in California. He also was a principal of Mission Consulting Group, a consulting firm for PPOs and health maintenance organizations (HMOs).
