Diversity at Boalt Hall
Boalt Hall Law School admits 86 minorities under affirmative action. But these 86 are not victims of discrimination because they have an above average level of achievement. However, 86 other applicants are denied admission and they are now victims of discrimination.
A good presidential debate question would be to name a government program that doesn’t cause the opposite result.
