St. Bernard 14, Harvard-Westlake 7--With visiting Harvard trailing, 14-7, with one second remaining and the ball on the St. Bernard five-yard line, quarterback Justin Ehrlich was unable to hit wide receiver Ratha Harntha in the end zone with a pass.
St. Bernard defensive back Lawrence Cohen blocked a punt at the Harvard 27 to set up the winning touchdown, which was scored on a two-yard run by James Diosomito with 7:14 left.
The Wolverine offense was led by running back Don Donester, who carried 18 times for 103 yards. Harvard fell to 3-6, 1-3.
St. Bernard (4-5, 2-2) was led by halfback Michael Stephens, who rushed for 140 yards, including a 65-yard touchdown, in 12 carries.
