Football: Cal State Northridge strong safety Eric Treibatch, the school’s all-time tackles leader, ended his career with 252, including 141 solo. . . . Junior linebacker Ivy Calvin and senior free safety Gerald Ponder finished the season tied for the team lead in tackles with 99. That ties them for fourth on the school’s single-season list. . . . Senior quarterback Marty Fisher will go into the CSUN record book in several categories: He ranks fifth in completions (260), sixth in attempts (515) and passing percentage (50.5%), eighth in passing yards (2,944) and he is tied for eighth in touchdowns passing with 16.

Volleyball: Shelly Swalec, a senior outside hitter for Northridge, had 121 block assists (tied for third on the school single-season list) and 140 total blocks (fourth) entering Friday night’s match against the University of San Diego. Lynette Colter set the Northridge records of 134 block assists and 165 total blocks in 1984.

Senior middle blocker Nancy Nicholls was in fifth place on the Northridge single-season kill list with 392 entering Friday’s match. Nicholls had 1,210 kills during her career, second to Kathleen Dixon, who recorded 1,326 from 1987-90.
