Woman Arrested in Husband’s Shooting
A Lancaster woman was arrested Sunday after she allegedly shot and wounded her husband, authorities said.
The woman, who was not identified, allegedly shot her husband about 4 p.m. before surrendering to Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies, Sgt. Joseph Dymerski said. The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound in his arm.
Dymerski said the shooting, which took place inside the couple’s house in the 45400 block of 12th Street West, occurred after the woman learned that her husband was possibly planning to leave her.
