Bumped by the Chief: NBC star Malcolm Jamal-Warner’s USO trip to Somalia to spend New Year’s with U.S. troops was called off over the weekend. The trip will be rescheduled around his production commitments on NBC’s “Here and Now,” the USO said Monday.
