Baby Girls: Actress Nastassja Kinski, 33, gave birth to a 7-pound, 14-ounce girl, Kenya Julia Miambi Sarah Jones, early Tuesday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The baby’s father, music composer and producer Quincy Jones, was present during the delivery. . . . And it’s also a girl for CBS News correspondent Meredith Vieira, whose first daughter, Lily, was born Sunday. The baby, who weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces, is the third child for Vieira and her husband, free-lance producer Richard Cohen.
