EVEN MORE CIRCUS: Two weeks ago the Cirque du Soleil extended the run of its “Saltimbanco” show at South Coast Plaza because of ticket demand. The French-Canadian troupe didn’t go far enough. It will extend again--with 22,500 new tickets on sale today. . . . That means the show will run through March 14. But officials say no more extensions; it has commitments in other cities.
