Running back Dwight McFadden had a 17-yard touchdown run and quarterback Kyle Wachholtz had a one-yard touchdown sneak in an intrasquad scrimmage before about 2,500 at Howard Jones Field that concluded USC’s spring football practice under Coach John Robinson.
Returning starting quarterback Rob Johnson completed two of three passes for 45 yards. McFadden, who started at tailback, gained 34 yards in four carries. Backup David Dotson had 51 yards in eight carries and Scott Fields gained 41 yards in 12 carries.
