Defeat of Prop. 1
At a time when we see property values in Los Angeles plummet, property owners stand by and watch as Prop. 1 goes down to defeat. Property values will not recover until positive actions like Prop. 1 bring down crime.
By defending Prop. 13, owners are shooting themselves in the foot. They are being penny-wise and pound-foolish.
