Keystone Cops Would Be Better
What exactly is the human value derived from the proliferation of TV law-enforcement programs like “Top Cops,” “Street Stories,” “Real Stories of the Highway Patrol,” etc.? Does it improve the image of law enforcement, or glamorize the world of crime? In my opinion, we can use more comedy and less tragedy. We have more than enough negativity.
