WETLANDS WARBLER: A local country music favorite, Eddie Montana of Huntington Beach, has gained so many admirers with his tribute song about his beloved Bolsa Chica wetlands he was asked to sing it to the City Council on Monday night. The assembly was moved by Montana’s accompanying video of the land and by the words of “Wetlands Song”: “Now the fate of Bolsa Chica depends on the whims of man. And all things being equal, Nature’s balance is in their plan.”
