Boss Angeles

I found the story most interesting and quite enjoyable. All the disc jockeys are like old friends, and it seems to me that I still know the words to all the songs.

However, I was disappointed that Claudia Puig did not include Jimmy O’Neill in her article. Not only was he one of the top “Boss Jocks,” but he was also host of “Shindig,” one of the most popular music and dance shows of the 1960s. And he too is still on the air at KRLA, spinning out the oldies.
