Stop the Killings
* I’m a junior attending St. Michael’s High School located in South-Central L.A. I’m writing to protest drive-by shootings in South-Central that are taking many lives. One of them was my brother. It is very hard to take the death of a family member.
I think that enough is enough. We need to stop killing because we are killing ourselves. The only way to make South-Central a better place is to work together to make a better future.
I plead to all the gang members of South-Central to stop the genocide and think about our personal futures, and the futures of our people.
