Ex-Troy Standout to Play for CCI
IRVINE — Tom Morris, a former all-Freeway League player for Troy High, has signed to play basketball at Christ College Irvine, CCI Coach Greg Marshall said Thursday.
Morris is transferring from Yuba City College, where he averaged six points and seven rebounds a game during the 1991-92 season and was named the team’s most improved player. He did not play in 1992-93.
Morris averaged 10 points and 11 rebounds during the 1987-88 season at Troy High.
