KCBS Drops Plan to Air Clinton Talk
KCBS-TV Channel 2’s plan to air President Clinton’s news conference with Western reporters live was scuttled by satellite problems, station manager Steve Gigliotti said Friday.
The station decided not to show portions of the news conference on a delayed basis because so few questions dealt specifically with local issues, Gigliotti said.
