Countywide : Coast Panel Delays Offshore Oil Vote
The California Coastal Commission on Wednesday postponed a vote on whether to approve a project that would nearly triple the amount of oil extracted from underwater fields off Huntington Beach.

Although the project was expected to be approved, Shell raised questions late Tuesday over some permit conditions. The vote was reset for next month in San Francisco.
