Koll Corporate Unit Gets New President
* Glen Raiger has been appointed president of the Corporate and Facilities Services Division of Koll Management Services in Newport Beach. Before joining Koll Management in 1990, Raiger was vice president and Midwest regional manager for Sun Oil.
* Jennifer Jackson has been appointed vice president of sales for Pacific Bell’s new health-care market group. She will be responsible for helping doctors, hospitals, HMOs and insurance providers in Orange County with new telecommunications products and services.
* Carl G. Rausch has been appointed president of Packard-Hughes Interconnect in Irvine. The company, formerly Hughes Interconnect Systems, is a subsidiary of General Motors. Rausch was previously director of engineering worldwide for Packard Electric. He has also served as chief engineer for both application engineering power and signal distribution systems at Packard. His 26-year career at General Motors included assignments in manufacturing, quality management and sales.
* Opjit Ghuman has joined Geofon Inc. in Cypress as executive vice president, responsible for directing the company’s environmental practice in Southern California. He was formerly a vice president and principal with Woodward-Clyde Consultants.
* Rono Mathieson has been promoted to group director of marketing for the Electronic Imaging division of Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. in Irvine. He had been director of marketing for printers. Before joining Toshiba, Mathieson was laser printer product manager for Xerox Corp. in El Segundo.
