Workers’ Compensation Prosecutor Named: Richard A. Rosenthal has been named assistant head deputy and lead prosecutor for the workers’ compensation fraud division of the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office. A lead prosecutor was recommended by the Los Angeles County Bar Assn.’s Task Force on Workers’ Compensation Fraud. Rosenthal, 31, joined the district attorney’s office in 1986 after receiving his law degree from UC Berkeley.
