* * Another Bad Creation, “It Ain’t What U Wear, It’s How U Play It,” Motown. No matter how many poppin’ New Jack beats are thrown in, young kids crooning “girl you got it goin’ on” rings a bit hollow. Although their voices have matured since their debut two years ago, the group seems most believable with songs such as “I Don’t Wanna Be Grown Up,” a sentiment even a jaded listener can relate to.
New albums are rated on a scale of one star (poor) to four stars (excellent).
