Law Printing Chief to Go Skiing After Selling Firm
Vincent Sisilli, president of Law Printing Co., says he plans to “leave the company and go skiing” after his Oxnard firm is acquired by Reynolds & Reynolds Co., a Dayton, Ohio, supplier of business forms and computer systems.
Sisilli isn’t sure whether he’ll remain in printing or will go into another field after the deal is completed next month. He said no other changes are expected at Law, which produces sales contracts and other forms for auto dealers.
Law has 125 employees and annual sales of $11 million.
