Ziff-Davis Introduces On-Line Service: Magazine publisher Ziff-Davis Publishing Co., joining a growing list of companies offering computer on-line services, announced that it will roll out its own independent service aimed at experienced computer users. Ziff-Davis publishes several computer trade magazines, including PC Magazine, PC/Computing, PC Week and MacWEEK. The Windows version of the on-line service, named the Interchange Online Network, will be available on a test basis in the spring and commercially available next fall, Ziff-Davis said.
