Garcetti on Hiring Freeze
* California has just begun to recover from years of massive workers’ compensation fraud. Now Dist. Atty. Garcetti wants to reassign his attorneys away from white-collar crime (workers’ compensation insurance fraud) to street crime. Does he not realize that there will be a major effect again on Southern California businesses if he does this?
