LA HABRA : Seniors’ Caretakers Can Attend Class
People who care for older relatives are being invited to attend a free class to learn how to reduce stress. The two-day class will be held Thursday and June 9 at the Friendly Hills Regional Medical Center, 1211 W. Lambert Road.
It will emphasize organization skills and offer tips on how to work with community resources, managing financial and legal issues and making decisions regarding the care of the elderly, hospital officials said.
