Two West Virginia football players were suspended indefinitely by Coach Don Nehlen.
Starting free safety Vann Washington, a sophomore, was suspended for poor class attendance. Washington’s 41 tackles are second-best on the team.
Reserve offensive tackle Ed Green, a freshman, was suspended for violating team rules.
West Virginia (1-4) plays at Missouri (1-2) on Saturday.
