Toyota Donation: The Orange County Philharmonic Society has been awarded $25,000 by Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. to underwrite a special program for sixth-grade students: the California Wind Ensemble’s presentation of “The Lord of the Rings” at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. The symphony performance will be offered at no charge to the county’s 12,000 sixth-graders in daytime performances in April.
