$1 Million in Gems Reported Stolen in Costa Mesa
COSTA MESA — Police are investigating the Saturday theft of an estimated $1 million in jewels from the Westin South Coast Plaza hotel.
A briefcase containing the gems was reported stolen early Saturday, but police said not additional details were available.
