Explosion, Fire in Tokyo Kill 4 and Injure 21

TOKYO — An explosion and fire Saturday in an eight-story building in downtown Tokyo killed four people and injured 21 others.
The explosion apparently occurred in a ventilation system on the second floor and was so strong it shattered windows in passing cars. The fire quickly spread to upper floors.
