Microsemi Corp.: The semiconductor company said Wednesday that it has made two acquisitions in the past two days.

The Santa Ana firm acquired the small signal transistor division of Raytheon Co. in Lexington, Mass., and the semiconductor product line of Telcom Semiconductor Inc. of Mountain View. The company would not disclose the terms of either deal.
