Rockwell International Corp.: The company said Tuesday it will not sell its switching systems division based in Downers Grove, Ill.
In June, the Seal Beach-based defense contractor said it had hired a investment banker to determine the fate of the division. At the time, the company was considering selling it or taking it public.
Rockwell changed its plans as the division showed increased sales on the international market and operating profits in the last half of 1994.
