Parent of Silo Electronics Stores Picks L.A. Agency: Michigan-based Fretter Inc. selected Admarketing of Los Angeles to handle advertising for its retail electronics stores, which operate under the Silo name in the west. Billings weren’t disclosed, but are believed to range between $60 million and $80 million.
