SC Bancorp: The Anaheim parent company of Southern California Bank posted second-quarter profit of $430,000, or 6 cents a share, 3% higher than the 1994 second-quarter profit of $418,000, or 12 cents a share. First half profit was $775,000, or 10 cents per share. That compares with $1.4 million, or 39 cents a share, for the first six months of 1994, which included a $663,000 gain on the sale of the company’s headquarters office facility and other assets. Total assets as of June 30 were $480.2 million, an increase of 19% from $404.3 million a year earlier.
