GARDEN GROVE : Council OKs Funds for Grove Theater Center
The City Council has voted to give as much as $15,000 annually to the Grove Theater Center for each of the next three years.
The center is part of the city’s Village Green Cultural Arts Complex, which had been closed for more than a year until the city awarded a facilities management contract to Kevin Cochran in August, 1994.
By the end of this year, the theater will have given 195 performances, both stage productions and variety shows.
