MISSION VIEJO : Santa to Visit City for Tree Lighting Sunday
A fixture for more than 20 years, the city’s annual Santa Arrival and Tree Lighting will be at 5 p.m. Sunday, kicking off a series of holiday events.
“People who are having children themselves remember attending when they were a child,” said Eunice Shannon, chairwoman for this year’s festivities.
As part of the event at La Paz Road and Chrisanta Drive, non-perishable food items for needy families will be collected. Information: (714) 830-7036.
