Man Shot to Death in Pacoima
PACOIMA — A 27-year-old man was shot to death Wednesday afternoon outside a residence after an argument with an unknown gunman, police said.
The victim, Carl Randle of North Hills, lay on the grass in front of a home in the 1200 block of Gain Street after at least two shots were heard about 4:45 p.m., police said.
The gunman fled on foot, witnesses told police.
