Wendy Yokoyama has scored 34 goals and added 18 assists for Torrance High, two of the goals coming in a 4-2 victory in overtime over Thousand Oaks in the Division I soccer playoffs. Yokoyama, who carries a 3.78 grade-point average and also plays volleyball and softball, has been chosen the school’s outstanding senior girl athlete.
