All American Buys Rest of Mark Goodson: All American Communications Inc. said it will pay $25 million to Interpublic Group of Cos. for the remaining 50% stake of Mark Goodson Productions, one of the most successful producers of game shows. The Santa Monica-based syndicator of TV shows such as “Baywatch” already owns 50% of Mark Goodson as part of a joint venture it formed with Interpublic in October. The acquisition is “another step in our strategy to consolidate our worldwide position as a game show owner producer and distributor,” All American Chairman and Chief Executive Anthony Scotti said. All American has managed the operations of Mark Goodson since its joint venture with Interpublic acquired the company for $50 million.
