School Planning Music ‘Extravaganza’
Moorpark High School’s annual Extravaganza, the premier musical event of the school year for Moorpark’s award-winning music program, will take place Saturday at the school’s Performing Arts Center.
The program, under the direction of Robert Hackett, will feature selections from the concert band as well as both jazz bands.
The show, starting at 7 p.m., will also include pieces from small ensembles, along with dance performances by the color guard, which had its finest season this year.
Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students. Refreshments will be on sale in the lobby.
