University Honors Kavlico Executive
Kyong Park, a vice president at Moorpark-based Kavlico Corp., received an honorary doctor of science degree from Southern Illinois University.
Park, a vice president of research and development, joined Kavlico in 1977 and has been responsible for the company’s success in designing emissions control sensor technology used in the automotive industry and others.
A Thousand Oaks resident, Park was awarded the degree at the university’s commencement program in Edwardsville, Ill.
