United Way Adds 13 to Board of Directors
United Way of Ventura County announced 13 new members to its board of directors, bringing the total to 48. The board members serve up to two three-year terms and govern decisions addressing the community’s health and human service needs. The new members are:
* Susan Abundis of Thousand Oaks, Bank of America regional vice president in Ventura.
* Ed Costello of Camarillo, CPA, Costello & Co. in Port Hueneme.
* Jean Daily-Underwood of Camarillo, Oxnard Union High School District board of trustees.
* Dennis Gillette of Thousand Oaks, Cal Lutheran University vice president of administrative services.
* Julie Helm of Ojai, Ventura County Star manager of community relations.
* Andres Herrera of Oxnard, Oxnard mayor pro tem.
* Michael Montoya of Camarillo, Southern California Edison regional manger for public affairs.
* Clifford Rodrigues of Ventura, Ventura County Schools director of media, technology and bilingual services.
* Jane Rozanski of Camarillo, Camarillo Health Care District administrator.
* Byron Rimm of Oxnard, Proctor & Gamble plant manager.
* Marcia Secord of Pasadena, The Gas Co. district manager.
* Mike Sedell of Simi Valley, Simi Valley city manager.
* Pierre Tada of Santa Paula, Limoneria Co. senior vice president.
