Southern California-based Corliss Tours is among those who offer a selection of packages for the holidays--Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s--in the United States and Canada. Prices quoted for the following tours are per person, double occupancy. For single occupancy or a third person in the same room, prices are listed in a free catalog available from Corliss. All tours are escorted and include lodging, motor-coach transportation at the destination, sightseeing for local attractions, admission fees and some meals. Tour choices include:

* Thanksgiving in San Antonio: six days, departing Nov. 27. The tour includes lodging on San Antonio’s famed Riverwalk, a visit to the LBJ Ranch in Austin, an Imax Theatre film screening, and tours of the Texas hill country and the state capitol at Austin. * Colorado Christmas at the Broadmoor: six days, departing Dec. 21. The tour includes all holiday festivities, sightseeing, tour of the U.S. Air Force Academy, a Cadet Choir performance and five holiday meals, as well as visits to the Cripple Creek mining town, the Rodeo Hall of Fame and the American Cowboy Museum. * Christmas in New Orleans: six days, departing Dec. 21. The tour includes four holiday meals, a room in a French Quarter hotel, city tour, a visit to the new Aquarium of the Americas, a plantation tour, a carriage ride, a daylong yacht cruise on the Mississippi River with buffet cocktails and dinner on board. $775, round-trip air fare, $280.
