Film Roman Launches Initial Public Offering
Film Roman Inc., a North Hollywood producer of animated television programming, launched its initial public offering with the sale of 3.3 million shares of common stock one week ago.
The shares were priced at $10 apiece and closed Monday at $9.25, down 75 cents.
Film Roman is one of the more successful independent animation firms. It produces “The Simpsons” and other network shows.
