Graphix Zone Inc.: The Irvine publisher of interactive music and Internet products reported net income of $303,000, or 3 cents a share, for the first fiscal quarter, which ended Sept. 30, contrasted with a net loss of $1.4 million, or 33 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue rose to $3.5 million from $911,000. This is the first quarter of combined operations since the merger of Graphix Zone and StarPress took effect June 28.
