An Even Swap?
After Orange County Dist. Atty. Michael R. Capizzi was shunned by the Orange County Republican hierarchy, Carole Curb Nemoy came to his rescue. She scheduled a fund-raiser in her Beverly Hills home (“Capizzi Raising Money to Run for Atty. Gen.,” Dec. 13).
The [sister] of Mike Curb (the least memorable lieutenant governor this state has seen during my 45 years as a resident) has endorsed Capizzi’s candidacy for attorney general.
Orange County welcomed Bob Dornan after his rejection by Los Angeles County voters. It took years to rid ourselves of this shameless individual and his disruptive behavior.
If certain factions in Los Angeles County wish to embrace Capizzi, they’re welcome to him. We’ll gladly gift wrap and present him to our neighbors to the north. One good turn deserves another.
