The Santa Clara High boys’ basketball team...
The Santa Clara High boys’ basketball team will return to the scene of its last Frontier League defeat when the Saints play Santa Paula at 7:30 tonight at Santa Paula.
Santa Clara, the 12-time defending Frontier champion, last lost a league game in 1994-95 on the Cardinals’ home court.
The Saints, 12-4 overall and in first place at 5-0, have had a week off to prepare for second-place Santa Paula (13-6, 4-1). The Cardinals are coming off a nonleague victory over Kilpatrick on Wednesday.
