Hearns Headlines Fight Card at Forum
The mention of his name used to guarantee a sellout at Las Vegas’ biggest fight venues. But Thomas Hearns is 38 now, and although he has held six world titles, it is hard to convince even his most loyal fans that he can compete for another.
Toward that end, however, Hearns (56-4-1, 44 knockouts) will fight Ed Dalton (12-3-2, four KOs) in a 10-round main event, headlining a six-fight card at the Forum tonight.
In a card at the Irvine Marriott, undefeated featherweight Ricardo Fuentes of Azusa (12-0, six KOs) will fight Mexican Felipe Castillo (11-15, nine KOs) in the 10-round main event.
