US Facilities Profit, Revenue Each Increase by 8% for Year

COSTA MESA —  Insurance holding company US Facilities Corp. reported 1996 net income of $15 million, or $2.51 a share, an 8% gain from the $13.9 million, or $2.42 a share, recorded for 1995. Revenue was up 8% to $163.1 million from $151.2 million. Net income increased 8% to $3.9 million, or 65 cents a share, from $3.6 million, or 61 cents a share, for the fourth quarter a year ago. Revenue advanced 14% to $45.1 million from $39.5 million.
