2 Are Sworn In as Police Officers
Philip Rodriquez Jr. and Theresa Winder have been sworn in as city police officers.
Rodriquez, 25, graduated from the Rio Hondo Police Academy in August. He has worked as a dispatcher for the Chino Police Department for four years.
Winder, 27, is a graduate of the Fullerton Police Academy and worked for 17 months in the Garden Grove Police Department.
