The Santa Ana software, services and technologies company reported a net loss of $2.8 million, or 28 cents a share, for the fiscal year ended Feb. 23, which included losses of approximately $1.4 million from operations that have been sold and approximately $1.2 million in expenses for launching new software products.

A net loss of $3.6 million, or 54 cents a share, was recorded for the previous year. Sales were down 28% to $23.5 million from $32.8 million. For the fourth quarter, the company lost $880,000, or 9 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $3 million, or 46 cents a share, for the corresponding period a year ago. Revenue declined 34% to $4.8 million from $7.3 million. Both years’ results include revenues and losses from now-divested operations.
